Where do vehicles come from?

Sources include cooperative 4S stores, new-car channels, replacement vehicles, dealer test drives, manufacturer leasing vehicles, Rayda stock, and verified supplier submissions.

Are all vehicles in China?

Most vehicles are in China. In some cases, Rayda may work with local partners or pre-positioned stock in target markets.

Do you only sell used vehicles?

No. Rayda can handle both new vehicles and used-condition vehicles depending on buyer needs, export policy, and availability.

What kind of vehicles do you sell?

Chinese EVs, fuel vehicles, SUVs, MPVs, commercial vehicles, pickups, vans, and related machinery or parts where appropriate.

Can I visit China to inspect vehicles?

Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit China and inspect vehicles directly when the order and schedule make it practical.

What payment options are accepted?

TT/wire transfer is the normal default for export transactions. Official bank details and payment steps should always be confirmed through Rayda's verified channels.

Are shipping costs included?

It depends on the agreed Incoterms. FOB, CIF, CFR, and other terms determine whether freight and insurance are included.

What are CIF and FOB?

CIF includes cost, insurance, and freight. FOB means the seller delivers the vehicle on board at the loading port, while the buyer handles more of the shipping chain.

Do you accept local currency?

The old FAQ mentions CNY and USD as normal options, with local currency only possible in some partner situations.

Does every vehicle get inspected before shipping?

Rayda should inspect or review every sold vehicle before loading into container or RoRo vessel, with records attached where possible.

When will my vehicle be shipped?

Shipping depends on vessel or route schedule. Once booking, loading, departure, or bill-of-lading information is available, Rayda can update the buyer.

What information is required for shipment?

Consignee details, courier address for documents, notify party at destination port, and destination import details are typically needed.

What documents are commonly required?

Bill of Lading, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and any country-specific documents requested by destination rules.
